We’re ready for you! (With a few changes…)
Your next appointment at European Hair Studio will likely be very different from your last. We have been working tirelessly for the past weeks with the goal of developing the best salon protocols.
The safety of our clients and staff is of uttermost importance for us. We have developed the following guidelines to provide the safest possible service for our clients. Please follow the guidelines to ensure a safe experience at our salon.

Changes in the service delivery

• Waiting room will not be accessible. Please park and send a text message your stylist (519-697-8910 for Dorothy and 519-782-4518 for Hedy) that you have arrived.
  Please wait in the car until we call you in. Please come alone as we have to limit the number of patrons at the salon at this time.
• Safety measures: Please santize your hands when you enter the salon and wear a mask during the entire duration of the service. We will disenfect all contact surfaces and our equipment prior to your visit.
• Food and drink not served and is not allowed inside the salon. Please do not bring any food (nor refreshments) into the building.
• Washroom facilities: Please try to avoid using the washroom at the salon. The washroom has to be disinfected after every use.
• If you experience any of the symptoms listed on the CDC webpage on “Symptoms of Coronavirus” please cancel your appointment.
